Senior Leadership Opportunity – Global Talent Acquisition (Based in Dubai)

A leading global real estate organisation is expanding its international footprint and strengthening its corporate hiring function. As part of this continued growth, we are seeking a senior recruitment leader to join the business in Dubai and play a key role in shaping the company’s global hiring capability.

The Role

You’ll join a world-class HR and Talent function, supporting recruitment across corporate functions on a global scale – including Finance, HR, Legal, and Marketing. This position is designed for a hands-on senior recruitment professional who thrives in an end-to-end, delivery-focused environment and can engage confidently at a senior stakeholder level.

You’ll operate initially as an individual contributor, running your own desk and managing complex searches across global markets. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead your own team, taking ownership of your portfolio and driving hiring strategy across key business areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment across corporate functions globally
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders, including Vice Presidents and the CHRO
• Lead strategic searches, talent mapping, and market intelligence initiatives
• Deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences at all levels
• Operate with the autonomy and delivery standards of an executive search leader
• Potential to build and mentor a team as the function continues to expand

About You

• 15+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally gained within agency or executive search environments
• Proven expertise hiring within corporate functions (finance, HR, legal, etc.)
• Confident, energetic, and commercially driven – able to engage senior executives with impact
• Strong communication skills and a results-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven, “search-style” internal environment
• Based in Dubai or open to relocation (full visa, relocation support, and two weeks’ accommodation provided)
