The Role
Are you a process-driven Document Controller with experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)?
Our client a leading Data Centre Developer are looking for a dedicated Document Controller to join their London-based site team. In the fast-paced world of mission-critical infrastructure, precision is everything. You will be the backbone of our project delivery, ensuring that every drawing, technical submittal, and RFI is managed flawlessly through the project lifecycle.
As this is a site-based role, you will be at the heart of the action, working closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Tier 1 Contractors to maintain a single source of truth.
Key Responsibilities

CDE Management: Act as the primary administrator for the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) environment, managing permissions, folder structures, and workflows.

Workflow Coordination: Manage the end-to-end flow of RFIs, Submittals, and Change Orders, ensuring timely reviews and approvals.

Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality checks on all incoming documentation to ensure compliance with project naming conventions and standards (ISO 19650).

Reporting: Generate weekly progress reports on document status, outstanding actions, and distribution cycles for the SLT.

Collaboration: Act as the main point of contact for the supply chain regarding document control queries and ACC troubleshooting.

Handover: Oversee the collation of O&M manuals and "As-Built" documentation to ensure a seamless transition to the operations team.
Required Experience & Skills

Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 is essential.

Industry Experience: Proven track record in document control within large-scale construction or civil engineering.

Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of BIM workflows and ISO 19650 standards.

Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive approach to solving process bottlenecks.

Location: Ability to commute to a site-based office in London daily.
