We’re partnered with a leading Irish specialist contractor delivering high-spec data centre, pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing projects throughout Europe.

Due to continued growth and a significant pipeline of major projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to support the commercial delivery of large-scale projects across Ireland and mainland Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of major projects from pre-construction through to final account.
• Manage cost reporting, forecasting, procurement strategy and commercial risk.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration and change management.
• Support and mentor commercial teams across multiple live projects.
• Build strong relationships with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners.
• Drive commercial performance and protect project margin across the full lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating at Senior QS, Managing QS or Commercial Manager level.
• Strong background delivering large-scale construction projects within data centres, pharmaceuticals, advanced manufacturing or other technically complex environments.
• Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience working for a specialist package contractor is highly desirable.
