Senior Estimator | Data Centre & Technical Environments | Dublin

We’re partnered with a leading international construction specialist delivering high-spec data centre, life sciences and advanced manufacturing projects across Europe.

With a healthy pipeline of secured work already, they are looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to join their Dublin-based pre-construction team.

The Role

You’ll take a lead role in managing the full tendering process - producing accurate, competitive bids while working closely with internal teams, clients, and supply chain partners.

This is a key position within the business, offering the opportunity to contribute to major, technically complex projects while also supporting the development of junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full tendering lifecycle from enquiry through to submission
• Review tender documentation and break down scope into packages for pricing
• Produce or oversee detailed net cost estimates
• Engage with supply chain and manage subcontractor pricing
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and design optimisation
• Support bid strategy, adjudications, and client presentations
• Contribute to post-tender negotiations and contract award
• Ensure effective handover to project delivery teams
• Mentor and support junior estimators

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a Senior Estimator / Estimator role within construction
• Strong background in data centres, life sciences, cleanrooms, or similar technical environments
• Experience with first principle estimating and complex tendering processes
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and supply chain management
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation and communication skills
• Degree-qualified in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or similar (or equivalent experience)
