Mechanical Contracts Manager | Dublin

We're partnered with a well-established Irish M&E Contractor that is continuing to expand its senior delivery team due to a strong pipeline of secured work across Ireland.

The business delivers complex projects across healthcare, pharmaceutical, education, commercial and critical infrastructure sectors and is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple mechanical projects and support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of multiple mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Provide leadership, support and direction to Project Managers and site teams.
• Manage programme, commercial, quality and health & safety performance across projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Support project planning, resource allocation and operational strategy.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the highest standards.
• Report on project performance and work closely with senior leadership to drive successful outcomes.

Ideal Background

• Mechanical Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or Operations Manager.
• Experience overseeing multiple mechanical or M&E projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing project delivery teams.
• Background within healthcare, pharmaceutical, commercial, industrial, data centre or similar environments would be advantageous.
