Contract Manager

Location: Ireland & Netherlands

Department: Operations


Role Overview

  • Lead projects from inception to completion
  • Deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
  • Ensure project objectives are consistently met


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage site teams to achieve programme, cost, and quality targets
  • Act as main point of contact for clients
  • Drive a proactive health & safety culture and continuous improvement
  • Support procurement planning and resource allocation
  • Maintain clear communication across project teams and stakeholders
  • Track performance using KPIs and implement improvements
  • Oversee all operational aspects of project delivery


Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Project Management, Construction, or equivalent
  • Strong construction knowledge and best practices
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financials
  • Commercial awareness across project lifecycle
  • Ability to meet technical standards and specifications
  • Collaborative team player with cross-functional impact
