Contract Manager – Data Centre Projects (Europe)

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team, overseeing large-scale Data Centre projects across Europe. This is a pivotal role, managing all contractual aspects of both fit-out works and external packages, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer contracts for multiple Data Centre projects across Europe.
• Oversee fit-out works, including MEP installation, interiors, and specialist systems.
• Coordinate external packages, including civils, façade works, and infrastructure.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and risk, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
• Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, clients, and project teams.
• Provide commercial guidance and support to the project management team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contract Manager on Data Centre or large-scale technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out and external works packages.
• Excellent understanding of contract law, procurement, and commercial management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across European sites.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
