We’re expanding – and this time, we’re building from the ground up in Ireland.

After two years of remote growth across Europe, AJ Group has opened an office in Ireland– and we’re looking for ambitious individuals to grow with us.

This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years in recruitment or looking to transition into a new industry, with training, and clear progression in a fast-growing, international recruitment business.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll join as a Senior Recruitment , supporting and learning from experienced consultants in either:

• Data Centres
• Pharmaceuticals
• High Tech Facilties

Your role will grow over time, but initially you’ll:

• Source and speak with candidates across Europe
• Help build out client and candidate relationships
• Contribute to the growth of our brand-new Ireland hub

What We’re Looking For

• Are based in Ireland 
• Speak excellent English (other languages are a bonus!)
