Mechanical Project Managers & Site Managers | Dublin

We're partnered with a well-established Irish M&E Contractor that is continuing to expand its project delivery team due to a strong pipeline of secured work across Ireland.

The business delivers complex projects across healthcare, pharmaceutical, education, commercial and critical infrastructure, and is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager and 2x Site Managers to support upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical project delivery from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour on site.Manage programme, quality and health & safety performance.
• Work closely with clients, consultants and internal delivery teams.
• Support project planning, reporting and overall project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.

Ideal Background

• Mechanical Site Manager, Mechanical Project Manager or Package Manager.
• Experience delivering building services, M&E or mechanical construction projects.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Background within healthcare, pharmaceutical, commercial, industrial, data centre or similar environments would be advantageous.
