We're managing a confidential search for a leading international consultancy, seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to act as the Owner's Representative on a major colocation data centre build in Frankfurt, Germany.

This isn't just another PM role. You'll be embedded directly with the end-client, acting as their trusted partner. Your mission? To strategically oversee and drive the full construction lifecycle (MEP), ensuring flawless delivery and commercial success for a high-value asset in one of Europe's most dynamic tech hubs.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager.

• Strong background in data centre or large-scale technical infrastructure projects.

• Expertise in managing the entire construction process (MEP, General Contractor oversight).

• A client-centric approach with exceptional stakeholder management skills.

• Based in Frankfurt.
