Quantity Surveyor | Pharmaceutical Project | Belgium

We’re partnered with a leading international construction specialist delivering high-tech projects across pharmaceutical, data centre, life sciences and advanced manufacturing environments.

Due to continued growth across mainland Europe, they are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a major pharmaceutical cleanroom project in Belgium.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a technically complex, highly regulated build within a structured commercial team environment.

The Opportunity

You’ll support the commercial management of a large-scale pharma cleanroom project, working closely with senior commercial staff, project teams, procurement and client representatives to ensure strong financial control and contractual compliance throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing commercial packages from procurement through to final account
• Subcontractor procurement, negotiation and account management
• Cost reporting, forecasting and assisting with CVR management
• Variations, change control and commercial risk mitigation
• Supporting contract administration and client-facing commercial processes
• Assisting senior leadership with financial reporting and project performance reviews

Project Environment

• Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility
• Highly regulated, quality-critical environment
• Specialist cleanroom fit-out and technical installation packages

We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on complex construction projects
• Experience managing CSA packages (fit-out, façades, cladding, structural steel etc.) desirable
• Exposure to pharmaceutical, life sciences, cleanroom or similarly technical projects preferred
• Strong contractual knowledge (NEC / FIDIC / bespoke forms)
• Comfortable operating within an international project environment
• Willingness to be site-based in Belgium (rotation and relocation packages available)
