Role Overview
- Lead projects from inception to completion
- Deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
- Ensure project objectives are consistently met
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site teams to achieve programme, cost, and quality targets
- Act as main point of contact for clients
- Drive a proactive health & safety culture and continuous improvement
- Support procurement planning and resource allocation
- Maintain clear communication across project teams and stakeholders
- Track performance using KPIs and implement improvements
- Oversee all operational aspects of project delivery
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Project Management, Construction, or equivalent
- Strong construction knowledge and best practices
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financials
- Commercial awareness across project lifecycle
- Ability to meet technical standards and specifications
- Collaborative team player with cross-functional impact
