Senior Electrical Estimator | M&E Services Contractor 

We’re partnered with a well-established, privately owned building services contractor in Dublin with a strong reputation, repeat client base and a collaborative, low-ego culture.

Due to continued growth, they’re now looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Estimator to take a lead role in pricing complex electrical packages across a varied project portfolio.

This is a senior, trusted position with genuine influence over bids, strategy and commercial outcomes - not just a “take-off” role.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading electrical estimating from first principles through to final tender submission.
• Preparing detailed cost plans, budgets and competitive tenders.
• Working closely with pre-con, commercial and delivery teams to shape winning bids.
• Assessing risk, value engineering opportunities and commercial strategy.
• Managing supplier and subcontractor enquiries, comparisons and negotiations.
• Supporting bid reviews and senior management sign-off.

Projects typically include industrial, commercial and technically complex building services schemes, with strong pipeline visibility.

We're looking for:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within a building services / M&E contracting environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, specifications and market pricing.
• Comfortable leading estimates independently on medium to large-scale projects.
• Commercially astute with a detail-driven, structured approach.
• Confident engaging with internal stakeholders and external supply chain
• Senior Estimators or experienced Estimators ready to step up will both be considered.
