Senior Quantity Surveyor | Pharmaceutical Project | France

We’re partnered with a leading international construction specialist delivering high-tech projects across pharmaceutical, data centre, life sciences and advanced manufacturing environments.

Due to continued growth in mainland Europe, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major pharmaceutical cleanroom project located approximately 50km south of Paris.

This is a key commercial leadership role on a technically complex, highly regulated build.

The Opportunity

You’ll take responsibility for the commercial management of a large-scale pharma cleanroom project, working closely with project, procurement and client teams to ensure strong financial control and contractual compliance throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the full commercial lifecycle from procurement through to final account
• Subcontractor procurement, negotiation and account management
• Cost reporting, forecasting and CVR management
• Variations, change control and commercial risk mitigation
• Contract administration and client-facing commercial management
• Supporting senior leadership with financial performance reporting

Project Environment

• Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility
• Highly regulated, quality-critical environment
• Specialist cleanroom fit-out/technical installation package

We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS on complex construction projects
• Background managing specialist CSA packages (fit out, facades, cladding, structural steel etc) highly desirable
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, cleanroom or similarly technical projects preferred
• Strong contractual knowledge (NEC / FIDIC / bespoke forms)
• Comfortable operating in a client-facing, international project environment
• Willingness to be site-based in France (rotation and relocation packages available)
