Construction Manager – Pharma Fit-Out Projects (Dublin)

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of high-value pharmaceutical fit-out projects across Dublin. This is a key site-based role working on technically complex, fast-paced live pharma environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management of day-to-day site operations on pharma fit-out projects
• Coordination of MEP, architectural and specialist cleanroom subcontractors
• Driving programme, productivity and quality to meet client milestones
• Ensuring strict adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards
• Chairing site meetings and liaising with client, design teams and vendors
• Managing site logistics, commissioning activities and handover phases

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager on pharma or life sciences projects
• Strong background in fit-out works, ideally within cleanroom or regulated environments
• Excellent understanding of MEP coordination and sequencing
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Trade or engineering background preferred
• Valid Safe Pass and relevant site management qualifications
