Freelance Construction Site Manager – Advanced Construction Projects

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Construction Site Manager to support delivery on advanced construction projects across the Midwest. This role suits a self-employed professional with strong CSA and Fit-Out expertise who can step onto a live project and take ownership from day one.

Role Overview:

• Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure all works meet strict safety and quality standards.
• Oversee CSA packages including civils, structural and architectural elements.
• Coordinate full fit-out works from shell & core through to handover.
• Maintain progress against programme and flag risks early.
• Supervise subcontractors, manage logistics and ensure efficient workflow.
• Represent the contractor on site when engaging with clients, design teams and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Freelance / Contract Site Manager on high-tech or advanced build projects.
• Strong CSA and fit-out experience, with the ability to manage both concurrently.
• Excellent communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Full understanding of Irish construction standards and regulatory compliance.
